Christian Wijnants Calu Coat is made from a felted wool/cashmere blend that has been washed and shrunk to tighten the weave creating a durable wool that is still soft to the touch. The Calu Coat features double breasted front button closures, big lapels, long and wide raglan sleeves, large slanted front pockets, tab detail at the cuffs, and a relaxed fit.

ORDERING

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
 
All orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders.  Weekend delivery is not available. Please note we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days.
 
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
 
Please reach out to customer service if you need to modify your order and we will do our best to accommodate your change depending on your order’s status. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email with your order number. Please note orders can not be cancelled once they are shipped and will instead be refunded after the order has been received back at our store.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. PACHUTE reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please reach out to info@pachute.com for any questions regarding delivery timing and we will do our best to provide an accurate estimate of the package arrival date. PACHUTE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
 
Lost or Stolen Packages: PACHUTE will file a claim with UPS or USPS on your behalf. Please note that these claims can take up to 20 days to process. PACHUTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note a delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
 
Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. If you haven't received your order within three days, please reach out to our customer service team or the carrier directly. 

 

 

Returns

U.S. RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE and issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Returns are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the order being placed. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags on the garment. Please note that ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. These items may not be returned.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no shipping refund or credit will be issued by Pachute.
